We ship U.S.P.S. Priority/International Mail for smaller shipments, UPS ground or air for larger packages, unless otherwise requested. Expedited shipping is available at an additional charge upon request.

DAMAGES & RETURNS: 

Sweettoof Studios is committed to providing exceptional products and customer support. Due to the nature of our products, food items may not be returned. Please contact us at: support@ticings.com for items damaged by the shipping carrier. These may be exchanged for replacement within 14 days of receipt only if original packaging, labels, defective item(s) and rma# are sent back to us.
